10 ways to live without medicines

Our daily busy lives make us medicines dependent. We know each and every medicine have one or other side effects. Daily use of medicines is dangerous to health. People are getting addicted to medicines to live easy life than they had, but medicated life becomes harder and harder as days are passed.

I would like to mention some ways to live healthier and medicines free.

1. Diet well and stay healthy
When we are talking about good diet we should know what is good and what is bad. But many times our tongue is not stand with us. Tongue needs good taste but body needs good diet. For good diet we have to focus on unprocessed food. These include fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, nuts etc. Say no to sugar in your diet.

2. Regular Exercise
Not only healthy diet is enough to live free from medicines also you need proper and regular exercise. Some daily light exercise keeps you healthy. Walking early morning is one of the best light exercises.

3. Be stress less
Stress is very harmful to health. If you want to best and medicines free life, you have to be stress free. Stress will leads to acid secretion in your body that will cause many Gastro-Intestinal track problem. Once acid secretion starts in body you have to take some of medicines to neutralize this acid. So be stress less and say no to medicines.

4. Avoid chemicals
In daily routine, we come to across plenty of chemicals by one or other way, especially food chemicals. You need to eat organic food as much as you can. This will keep your body fresh and you will live better life.

5. Get Vitamin D Daily
Light sun exposure, especially in early morning is good for health. Some say that too much sun exposure is bad for your skin and it is true but light exposure may help you to increase level of Vitamin D in your body. If you have sensitive to sun exposure weather it is light or heavy, you should consult your doctor and take advice to find other source of Vitamin D.

6. Keep Working
To stay engaged is one of the good ways to keep your body up to date. If your mind is continuously active, there will be a less chances to affect by diseases.

7. Say no to alcohol and nicotine
If you regularly follow first 6 tips but if you are smoker and alcohol addicted you are just wasting your time. Alcohol and nicotine free life leads to be healthy and medicine free living.

8. Control your anger
If you are short tampered and angry in nature, your body will not adjust in favorable condition. Your anger may effect on almost all part of your body and you may become medicine addicted.

9. Avoid high risk sexual behavior
If you want to live good and healthier, you have to avoid your high risk sexual behavior and also you have to control your sex habits. In short do not much addicted to sex, this may lead to decrease the quality of your life.

10. Meditation and yoga
Meditation and yoga relax your mind and relaxed mind never become ill. That’s why you will not need medicines any more.
